Rum Nation Meticho Chocolate & Toffee is a rum-based Spirit Drink with Central American rum as its base, flavoured with chocolate and toffee, bottled at 40%.
As with Meticho Citrus, the addition of natural flavourings means the drink is sold as a spirit drink rather than rum, even though the base is the same Central American rum from Rum Nation's range. Here, however, citrus is replaced with rich chocolate and creamy toffee, supported by vanilla, caramel and a hint of nuts, spice and cinnamon, giving the drink a bakery-like depth.
The result is a warm, dessert-like drink that works equally well after dinner as it does in a cocktail.
