This rum has undergone a careful aging process, beginning with four years in French oak barrels in France. Here, it develops a deep complexity with subtle nuances from the oak. The rum is then transported to Denmark, where it is aged for an additional 16 months in a former Caroni cask, adding extra depth and unique notes. The Caroni distillery is known for its robust and aromatic rum, and this cask imparts an additional layer of flavor, making this rum truly special.
