This creates a rum with great body and intensity with plenty of spice and moisture. Notes of banana, truffle oil, pepper and smoked paprika characterize this rum.

The rum is based on molasses and column distilled and has been aged in ex-bourbon whisky casks, primarily in the continental climate. It's quite rare to find such old rums from Nicaragua. But sometimes you can get lucky. Despite its age, there is a lovely freshness to the taste. Aroma: On the nose you get notes of black pepper, warm spices and nutmeg.
