Paraiso means paradise in Spanish, and with rum matured up to 32 years, the name is not overpromising.

    Expert description

Facundo Paraiso XA is a Rum composed of distillates matured between 17 and 32 years in oak casks and bottled at 40%.

The bottle is the ultimate expression in Bacardi's Facundo collection, a tribute to founder Facundo Bacardí, where the blending of lighter and heavier rum styles, the house's hallmark across generations, reaches its most refined level. Every bottle is filled into a hand-numbered crystal decanter, and the result is a rum with an elegance and mouthfeel rarely found outside the most exclusive spirit categories.

Rich without being sweet, with nutmeg, sultanas and ginger, creamy milk chocolate, marzipan and salted caramel.

    Finish

Subtle and luxurious, with praline caramel, sweet pea and oak, very long and consistent.
