Ferdinands Saar Quince Gin Slate Riesling Infused

Ferdinands Saar Quince Gin is made by infusing Riesling white wine into Ferdinand's classic gin. In this case, however, the juice of local pear quinces from trees that grow close to the distillery is also added. The quince juice itself is made by macerating hand-picked quince pears in Ferdinands Saar Dry Gin for six months. The liquid is then pressed in a grape press, after which Riesling wine and concentrated quince juice are added. Ferdinands Saar Quince Gin is an excellent alternative to the traditional English hay gin. The juicy quince pears give the gin a wonderfully sweet flavor.
