The gin is made by Claus and Michael Braunstein following a recipe with carefully selected botanicals.

Braunstein is one of Denmark's pioneering distilleries, known for both its whisky and its gin since starting up in Køge.

The gin is recommended served with dried rosebuds from a lime, which both garnish and add flavour to the drink.
