Silvio Carta Gillo Gin is an Italian small batch gin from Sardinia, bottled at 38%.

The gin uses local juniper that grows wild in the area, together with Sardinian plants such as myrtle, sage and lentisco.

Botanicals are harvested from wild scrubland near the sea as well as the distillery's own botanical garden, where citrus fruits are grown for the gin.

The clear, classic dry gin style carries distinct aromatic traces of Sardinia's landscape, with a salty undertone stemming from the island's proximity to the sea.

The nose is clean and delicate with pine needles and juniper, fresh and bright with conifer forest character.
