Villa Ascenti Gin is an Italian gin from the Santa Vittoria distillery in Piedmont, bottled at 41%.

The gin is distilled in a refurbished 1970s copper pot still by master distiller Lorenzo Rosso, who uses fresh Piedmontese botanicals such as Moscato grapes, mint and thyme alongside Tuscan juniper.

The local herbs are distilled within a few hours of harvest, giving the gin fresh and vibrant notes on the nose.

The Moscato grape is the botanical signature, giving the gin its distinctive, seductive sweetness and a soft, velvety character.
