Wint & Lila London Dry Gin is a Spanish London Dry Gin distilled five times in bain-marie stills, bottled at 40%.
The gin is built on ten botanicals, including juniper, orange, lemon, lime, orange blossom, cinnamon, mint, coriander and angelica root.
The gentle distillation method in bain-marie stills, where the spirit is heated indirectly, gives the gin a soft, rounded character.
The name Wint & Lila refers to a historic trading company in Cádiz that traded across the world's oceans in the 17th century.
