Thornæs Whisky The 5 Pedros Cask 064 is the first release in an exclusive series of five individual bottlings, all matured in 130‑liter Pedro Ximénez casks. Single Cask #064 was filled in June 2021 at just over 60% and is released as part of Thornæs’ Crossroads series, where knowledge from earlier bottlings meets new discoveries in the distillery’s warehouse.

This organic Danish single malt is a study in depth and dark sweetness. The PX cask gives the whisky an intense sherry influence with aromas of raisins, ripe fruit and sweet spices.
