Another very special calvados from LBD, fully matured in white port casks from pays d'auge, so it is double pot still distilled instead of column distilled, and it's just a wonderful liquid taste. The distillation creates a richer, heavier distillate that preserves more apple strength, that's almost certainly the correct technical term. Distilled at the idyllic Christian Drouin distillery in Normandy.
