La Calvados Pays d'Auge de Christian Drouin XO is a French Calvados blended from eaux-de-vie starting around eight years and older, bottled at 40%.

XO is the elder of Christian Drouin's two classic core expressions, built around a core of eaux-de-vie around eight years old, enriched with considerably older stocks from the cellars in Coudray-Rabut. The longer overall ageing gives a heavier, more complex calvados than VSOP, with clear notes of baked apple and spice.
