Rebel Yell Miniature 80 Proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a 5 cl miniature of the brand's classic core expression, bottled at 40%. Rebel Yell was created in 1936 by Louisville's then-mayor Charles R. Farnsley to mark the 100th anniversary of the original Weller brand, with roots back to the Stitzel-Weller distillery of 1849. From the start, the brand used a wheated mash bill, giving it a softer, rounder character than a typical rye-based bourbon. After Stitzel-Weller closed in the early 1970s, the brand was acquired by Luxco, and since 2018 Rebel Yell has been distilled at the family's own distillery, Lux Row Distillers, in Bardstown, Kentucky.

Stauning RØG Smoked Double Malt is a Danish Whisky bottled at 43%, made from a blend of floor-malted, peated barley and unpeated malt. Stauning Whisky was founded in 2005 in Skjern, West Jutland. RØG is the distillery's take on smoked whisky – not an imitation of heavy, medicinal Islay profiles, but a lighter, fruitier smoke style rooted in West Jutland terroir. Matured in a combination of 1st fill bourbon and sherry casks.

Nose

Soft, fruity smoke with green apple and vanilla cream. The smoke is present but restrained – it does not impose itself.

Palate

Light and fruity with smoke as a constant supporting note. Pear, soft toffee and a hint of citrus peel. More sweet than sharp.

Thy Whisky Bøg Core Expressions is a Danish Organic Single Malt Whisky bottled at 50% in a 5 cl bottle. Distilled from certified organic barley, floor-malted in-house and smoked with beech wood shavings – not peat. The result is a distinctly smoky whisky with a soft and natural smoke character that differs markedly from Scottish peated expressions.

Beech smoking is a Nordic tradition rooted in smoke ovens and food preservation. In whisky it gives a milder, rounder smoke than peat – with notes of forest floor and light resin rather than ash and sea air.
