Fary Lochan Miniature Rum Edition Batch 02 is a Danish Single Malt Whisky finished in rum casks, bottled at 55.9%, 5 cl miniature bottle. It is the same expression as Fary Lochan's full-size Rum Edition Batch 02, simply packaged as a sample bottle. Batch 02 is the second bottling in the Rum Edition series and is slightly lower in strength than Batch 1 (64.7%). Non-chill filtered with natural colour.

Tasting notes

Nose

Sugarcane, tropical fruit, warm honey and leather.

Palate

Sweet rum character, malted base, banana and cask spice.

Finish

Warm and medium length with sweet rum-cask signature and light oak dryness.
