Distilled in 2009 and matured for 15 years in a combination of first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry butts as well as bourbon barrels, it was bottled in 2025 at a striking strength of 57.1%. The whisky is un-chillfiltered and retains its natural colour, offering an authentic and unadulterated experience of its character.

The nose reveals warm and sweet notes of butter caramel and maple syrup, accompanied by a delicate floral elegance. The palate is soft and creamy with rich layers of chocolate cake, sultana raisins, and roasted nuts.
