Signatory er grundlagt af Andrew Symington i 1988 og i 2002 købte man Skotlands mindste destilleri Edradour. Signatory ligger i dag ved siden af Edradour destilleriet. Man aftapper her selv Edradour og Signatorys mange forskellige aftapninger og kan bruge det fremragende kildevand som findes på stedet.

Distilled on July 11, 2005 and bottled on February 26, 2018, this 12-year-old whisky matured in two hogsheads (cask no. DRU 17/A106 51+52), resulting in a clean and balanced Speyside profile focused on fruit, malt, and gentle spice. Although the distillery is not officially disclosed, the style points to a classic Speyside character – elegant, approachable, and with good complexity.
