Louis Latour Bourgogne Blanc Cuvée Latour 2018 White Wine This white wine from is a so-called cuvée, and is thus composed of white wines from different municipalities, in this case Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. The famous vineyards here grow Chardonnay, which forms the framework for this cuvée. In addition, grapes from Côte Chalonnaise are used. A classic white Burgundy that is fermented and aged in carefully temperature-controlled steel tanks with 100% malolactic fermentation. After around 10 months of aging in the steel tanks, the white wine is bottled and aged for one year before being sent to the wine merchants. Expect the following flavor notes: crushed stones, lemon, green apples, floral undertones and almonds. You get a fresh, fruity and clean white on the tongue that has a nice complexity and fine acidity. Louis Latour Bourgogne Rouge Cuvée Latour 2019 Red Wine The grapes for this delicious cuvée come from vines in Santenay and Auxey-Duresses in the southern Côte-d'Or. We're talking 100% hand-picked Pinot Noir from vines that are a minimum of 30 years old. After the harvest, the grape must is fermented in open cement vats and then the wine is allowed to age for about 12 months before being bottled and released to the wine trade. Expect fine aromas of berries... cherries and raspberries in particular. In addition, you'll find licorice, mushrooms and a hint of black tea. Louis Latour Chambolle-Musigny 2014 Red Wine Chambolle-Musigny delivers a welcome moment of lightness and finesse in this Pinot Noir from . The grapes are hand-picked from a selection of the commune's fields and fermented in open fermentation tanks. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to oak barrels of French origin, where it ages for 10-12 months, after which the barrels are stuck together, bottled and released for sale in the wine shop. On the palate you will find blackcurrant, cloves, vanilla and raspberry. The wine appears quite elegant with its pomegranate red color. On the tongue you find cherries, licorice, complex and good acidity, and a fine bite from the tannins. This makes the wine ideal for a meal.
