Arensbak Rosé is an alcohol‑free, rosé‑inspired gourmet drink created using a more than 2,000‑year‑old Chinese method in which fermented tea – known as kombucha – forms the base.

The drink undergoes several fermentations and is infused with selected ingredients and spices to build a wine‑like flavour profile with fruit, acidity, tannins and body. The spices add structure and depth that would normally come from alcohol, resulting in a long and harmonious finish.

Arensbak contains only one third of the calories found in wine and is naturally rich in vitamins and minerals. This makes it a healthier and more natural alternative to both wine and other alcohol‑free beverages, without compromising on taste or experience. For the best expression, take the bottle out of the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving and allow it to “open up”.
