THE PUFFIN COLLINS with Reyka Vodka

A refreshing cocktail that, with its lovely tart flavor from the pink grapefruit juice combined with a fresh Reyka Vodka, creates a perfect drink that can be used as a welcome drink.

Ingredients

:

• 2 parts Reyka Vodka


• 1 1/2 parts pink grapefruit juice


• ¾ part Elderflower St. Germain likør


• 1 cherry tomato


• 2 parts sparkling water

Procedure:

Twist the tomato in a shaker and then add vodka, the grapefruit juice and elderflower likør and shake hard.

Double strain into a highball glass and top up with sparkling water.

Use half a cherry tomato as a garnish.

REYKA VODKA DESTILLERI is a small distillery from the town of Borgarnes in Iceland, a coastal village surrounded by rich natural resources. In fact, the air in the town is so clean that CO2 levels are falling, due to underground volcanoes helping to power the town and the distillery's energy.

The distillery's water supply comes from a spring that runs through a 4,000-year-old lava field. It is therefore some of the purest in the world, and in fact, lava stones are also used to filter the vodka and give it a crisp and clean taste.

Reyka's quality and environmentally friendly vodka is distilled in small batches to ensure exceptional quality. Each distillation makes 255 bottles and takes around 6 hours.
