GIN FIZZ RECIPE

The Perfect Gin Fizz Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 cl. Bombay Dry Gin
• 2 cl. lemon juice (Freshly squeezed of course)
• 2 cl. 1883 Lemon/Citrus syrup
• 1.5 cl. Sugar syrup
• 1 cl Egg white
• 4 cl Danish Water

Procedure

• Pour all ingredients except sparkling water into a shaker with ice and pour into a Riedel Glass - preferably chilled beforehand. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water and the drink is ready.
• Garnish - Lemon peel. (Use the traditional lemon peel twisted over the glass to release the peel's bitter citrus oils)
