A beautiful salmon-coloured sparkling wine with fine bubbles and a floral aroma, also tempting with hints of redcurrant, raspberry and nutmeg, while soft, creamy and fresh on the palate - and practically entirely without alcohol.
Expert's Description
Pierre Chavin Zero Sparkling Rosé is an alcohol-free Rosé Wine from France, made from a blend of Chardonnay and Merlot with an alcohol content of 0%. Domaines Pierre Chavin was founded in 2010 by Mathilde Boulachin in Béziers in Languedoc-Roussillon, with a name deliberately built around the French word "vin" (wine). Like the house's other Zero wines, this one is first produced in the traditional way and then undergoes a gentle dealcoholisation process that removes the alcohol at low temperature, preserving the aroma and structure of the original rosé.
