Each cask is different, there is a Spanish, Danish, French and American Virgin Oak casks. But they have one thing in common and that is the Ester Level that is up to 800 gr/hL. AA.   No. 1 - London Dry: This traditional gin type should not offer any surprises. However, the aroma and flavor of juniper, citrus with a hint of coriander root is spot on and one of the best and most well-balanced we have tasted of this type. Perfect as a traditional gin and tonic. And it is also used as a base for the next four.
  
  No. 2 - BloodOrange: Lovely gin with notes of bergamot and sweet orange. Mix it with a blood orange syrup and a sweet tonic. A fresh sprig of rosemary is good to stir and adds great flavor.
