About Råstoff Liqueur

Råstoff is built on a simple idea: make gourmet shots where good raw ingredients define the flavour, rather than hiding behind sugar and colouring. Every variant goes through thorough taste and quality control before bottling, and several of the recipes have taken on a life of their own as signature drinks - including Råstoff Strawberry-Rhubarb, which, thanks to its deceptively innocent flavour, earned the nickname "Victoria's Secret".

History & Background

Råstoff was founded in 2016 by Spritfabrikken Danmark. The first flavour to market was Råstoff Pure Liquorice, and the range has grown year by year since - Ginger Shot in 2017, Strawberry-Rhubarb that same summer, and Salty Caramel later in the year after a romance with Læsø sea salt. In 2018, Råstoff crossed the border when Salty Caramel launched at Sweden's Systembolaget, and 2019 brought the first organic variants.

Production & Style

Each Råstoff shot is built on a handful of chosen raw ingredients - liquorice, berries, caramel or ginger - allowed to stand clearly in the flavour rather than drowning in sweetness. Several variants are also available in organic versions.
