Lustau Vinagre de Jerez Reserva is a classic aged sherry vinegar from Jerez, produced by one of Spain’s most respected bodegas. It is made from sherry wine that first matures in the solera system and then continues to develop into a concentrated, aromatic vinegar with notable depth and complexity. This is a vinegar far above ordinary table vinegar – intense, elegant and full of Jerez character.

The aroma is full and rounded with notes of dried fruit, nuts, oak and a light caramelised acidity. The flavour is rich and smooth with a vinous sharpness influenced by Oloroso and Amontillado styles. The natural sweetness from the slow oxidative ageing adds warmth and balance, while the nutty undertone makes it both powerful and harmonious.

In cooking it is extremely versatile: ideal for vinaigrettes, marinades, grilled vegetables, fish, tapas, sauces and reductions – or as an elegant acidic lift in both cold and warm dishes.
