Irish Legend Whisky Cocktail With Tullamore Dew

Irish Legend is a variation on the classic Whisky Sour

cocktail.

  The ingredients Rosemary, lemon, apple, lime, blackberry and Tullamore Dew whiskey create a whiskey cocktail with mythical depth and complexity.

Ingredients

• 4.5 cl Tullamore Dew Original Irish Whiskey


• 1.5 cl Amaretto


• 4 cl Apple juice


• 1 cl Lime juice


• 0.5 cl cane sugar syrup


• 1 sprig rosemary


• 1 egg white


• 1 cl Crème de mure, blackberry liqueur


• Ice cubes


• Garnish, 2 raspberries and a sprig of rosemary

Procedure

Add

all ingredients except Crème de mure and shake. Add ice cubes and then shake hard. Strain into a cocktail glass with

ice.

Then

pour

in

Crème de mure and finally add crushed ice, 2 raspberries and a sp

rig of rosemary
