Arensbak Rosé isn't made from grapes, but from tea - an over 2,000-year-old Chinese fermentation method turned into a Danish, alcohol-free gourmet drink with a wine-like structure.
Expert's Description
Arensbak Rosé Alkoholfri is an Alcohol-Free Rosé Wine from Denmark with an alcohol content of 0.0%.
The drink is based on fermented tea, kombucha, which undergoes multiple fermentations and is infused with selected ingredients and spices to build a wine-like flavour profile of fruit, acidity, tannin and body. The spices provide the structure and depth normally derived from alcohol, creating a long, harmonious finish. Arensbak contains only a third of the calories of ordinary wine.
