  Ron Cartavio 12 Years Solera is a Rum from Peru, blended solera-style from rum matured 5 to 15 years and bottled at 40%.

  The rum is distilled on a combination of copper pot stills and column stills at the Cartavio distillery in northern Peru, then blended solera-style, a method in which younger and older rum is continuously blended across multiple cask layers. Maturation takes place in a mix of Slovenian and other oak, including former bourbon and sherry casks, giving the rum its deep, dark brown colour and layered character.

  The rum comes from the same distillery in northern Peru behind the acclaimed Cartavio XO, but represents a younger and more accessible part of the range. Like the house's other rums, it is blended using the solera method, where younger and older distillates are continuously combined to achieve a consistent, characterful flavour profile. The rum is matured in oak casks, a hallmark of Cartavio's style across the entire range.

  Ron Cartavio Miniature XO 18 Years is a Rum from Peru, matured in a solera system for up to 18 years and bottled at 40% in a small 5 CL bottle.

  The rum is a miniature version of the Cartavio distillery's celebrated XO, which was named the world's best rum at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2016, 2017 and 2018. The blend consists of distillates aged 10 to 30 years, with an expected average age of around 18 years, matured on French, American and Slovenian oak using the solera method. The miniature bottle makes it possible to experience the award-winning rum without investing in the full 70 CL bottle.

  The Cartavio distillery is located in northern Peru and is one of the country's oldest and most respected rum houses. The XO edition is the distillery's flagship, an aged rum that has been celebrated internationally for its depth and complexity. The dark mahogany colour with rose highlights bears witness to the long maturation, and the rum appears round and full-bodied after decades in cask.
