Ron Cartavio 5 Years Solera is a Rum from Peru, blended solera-style at the Cartavio distillery and bottled at 40%.

The rum comes from the same distillery in northern Peru behind the acclaimed Cartavio XO, but represents a younger and more accessible part of the range. Like the house's other rums, it is blended using the solera method, where younger and older distillates are continuously combined to achieve a consistent, characterful flavour profile. The rum is matured in oak casks, a hallmark of Cartavio's style across the entire range.
