Mad med Mjød - Mead marinated pork tenderloin with pointed cabbage 1 Pork tenderloin 10 cl mead from DanishNatureBrew1 organic pointed cabbage butter, black sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Marinate the tenderloin in the mead overnight in the fridge. Pour the mead from the tenderloin and discard the rest of the mead. Season the tenderloin with salt and pepper. Brown the tenderloin in butter in a very hot pan and place it in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Slice the cabbage and stir-fry it in a very hot pan (or wok) in butter for max. 4 min. Place 2 slices of sirloin on top of a handful of cabbage and sprinkle with a few black sesame seeds.
