Pure Shots is a Danish producer that makes a point of treating its ingredients with respect - every bottle is handmade, with the company stirring the pots itself, bottling, applying labels and packing boxes. The apples are slow-cooked, with part of the batch pureed into a fine apple pulp that preserves the fresh taste and aroma. Real vanilla pods and seeds are then added.
