Edinburgh Whisky Co is an independent whisky merchant based in the Scottish capital, selecting releases from each of Scotland's whisky regions for its Discovery Collection. This Mortlach offers fresh barley, vanilla cheesecake and orchard blossom, with an almost creamy, full texture.
