Beautiful golden color with mahogany nuances.
A distinctive bouquet with notes of dried fruits, soaked brandy and spices. Balsamic.
Sweet, smooth and fresh with a rich and long aftertaste of fruit, toasted wood and sugar cane molasses.
Bottled in 2017

Miles Vintage 1996 Rich, is a single vintage Madeira. This wine was aged in 650 liter American oak barrels in the traditional "Canteiro" system, whereby the barrels were gradually transferred from the upper floors of the warehouse, where it is naturally warmer, to the middle floor and finally to the ground floor, where it is cooler. The wine was regularly racked and when it reached the desired stage of maturity, it was bottled (2017).
