The rum is distilled in St. Philip, Barbados, and aged for a full 12 years – first 8 years in ex-bourbon casks under the tropical sun, followed by 4 years in American oak that previously held Tawny Port. This dual maturation adds both depth and finesse, resulting in a rum with rich aromatic complexity.

The nose opens with notes of ripe melon, molasses, dry oak, and red grapes. On the palate, you’re met with sweet red berries, warm spices, and silky caramel, gradually transitioning into a dry, elegant finish with a final touch of creamy vanilla.
