Eucalyptus is the botanical that gives this Spanish gin both its name and its signature character, a refreshing finish to an otherwise classic gin recipe.
Expert's description
Ginbraltar Eucalyptus Gin is a Spanish Dry Gin, quadruple-distilled and bottled at 40%.
The gin was born from a recipe by chef Enrique Bardavío and is distilled four times in a small copper still with 11 botanicals.
Despite the name pointing toward Gibraltar, the gin is 100% Spanish-made.
Fresh notes of citrus, coriander and ginger open the palate, followed by spices such as nutmeg, cloves, allspice and cardamom, before juniper, angelica root and the signature eucalyptus round it off.
