Cotswolds Bourbon Cask is a single malt English whisky matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at cask strength, 59.1% ABV.

The whisky belongs to the distillery's Cask Expressions Collection and is made from 100% locally grown, traditionally floor-malted Cotswolds barley. The casks are selected first fill ex-bourbon barrels of American white oak from Kentucky, where the distillery's rich, fruity spirit has been left to mature undisturbed until bottled without chill filtration and with no added colour.

Honey, creamed coconut and crisp barley, spiced with gentle oak spices and a hint of shortbread.
