Thy Whisky Core Expressions is a Danish Organic Single Malt Whisky bottled at 48% in a 70 cl bottle. The distillery uses home-grown, certified organic barley from the Thy area and malts it in-house. It is a single estate expression in the true sense – grain, malting, distillation and maturation all take place on or close to the same piece of land in northwest Jutland.

Core Expressions is Thy Whisky's flagship single malt – the clear, unpeated foundation against which all other expressions from the distillery are measured. A good introduction to the northwest Jutland whisky style.
