"Map Label" refers to the illustrated map of Skye that decorated Talisker's labels in this era, before several design changes through the 90s, 2000s and 2012 changed the look.

The 100cl format was common in the export and bar market of the period, but is rare to find today, especially combined with a bottle that is genuinely over 40 years old. The whisky itself is the same powerful 10 Year Old, just from a time when Talisker looked markedly different on the shelf.
