The rum comes from Trois Frères Distillery on Mahé in the Seychelles and is the house's flagship product. The base is a blend of unaged column and pot still distillate, subsequently spiced with natural essences of vanilla, papaya and tropical spices. The result is a spiced rum that's pleasantly drier than many others in the category, with papaya as the signature flavour that sets it apart from traditional Caribbean spiced rum styles.
