Spirited Union XO Jamaica Cask Rum is part of the distillery’s exclusive Rum Cask Series and offers a rich, fruity rum experience with deep tropical character. The rum is distilled and aged for up to 15 years in Lluidas Vale, Jamaica, a region known for its long-standing rum tradition and sustainable production.

After tropical aging, the rum undergoes a six-month finishing period in Amsterdam using specially treated casks preconditioned with dried banana peel. This dual maturation process adds complexity and a smooth, rounded finish.

The flavor profile includes aromas of tropical fruits like banana and pineapple, with hints of spice and earthy undertones. The taste is full-bodied and sweet, featuring notes of dark syrup, dried fruit, and warm spices. The finish is long and spicy, with lingering banana and oak.

Made from both sugarcane juice and molasses, and distilled in traditional pot stills, this rum is bottled at 42.7% alcohol. It is ideal for sipping neat or as a refined base in cocktails.
