Orchard Fizz - Non-alcoholic

Ingredients

• 30 ml Lyres Dry London Spirit
• 30 ml Lyres Amaretti
• 15 ml Lyres Apériti
• 15 ml Apple Juice
• A squeeze of lemon juice
• 7,5 ml maple syrup

Procedure:

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
Then pour into a highball glass with ice using a double strain and top up with rosemary sprigs, an apple slice or orange peel.
