Old St. Croix XO 1888 Copenhagen Medal Limited Edition is a Spirit Drink made from selected rums matured between 7 and 21 years in ex-bourbon and sherry casks across the West Indies and Central America, bottled at 40% in a standard 70 cl bottle.

The Limited Edition carries the same historic 1888 recipe as the Sample Pack version but is supplied without the extra sample bottle, aimed instead at those who want the classic in its purest form. The name honours the gold medal the trading house, then A.H. Riise, now Old St. Croix, won at an international exhibition in Copenhagen in 1888 – an award that brought the rum international recognition far beyond the West Indies.
