Christmas Reserve is a seasonal release, where the master distiller has composed an aromatic and well-balanced Christmas tribute drawing on traditions from the Danish colonial era, when Christmas was celebrated with hymn singing, holiday stories and dancing around the tree. The rum is finished in sherry casks, adding a lightly spiced depth to the already sweet, tropical base profile.
