Norrbottens Destilleri Blueberry Pie is a Swedish spirit drink bottled at 15% ABV.
The bottle comes from Norrbottens Destilleri in Töre, a small distillery in Norrbotten close to the Arctic Circle along Sweden's northern coast. The distillery was founded in 2016 by Dennis Bejedal, a self-taught distiller born in Stockholm who is now based in the village of Pålänge, home to roughly 400 people. He was formerly a professional poker player and travelled widely before distilling became his consuming passion. Every bottle from the distillery is hand-dipped in wax.
Blueberry Pie is a limited edition release, made with cold-pressed wild blueberries that deliver a deep, forest-driven berry flavour, rounded off with a soft note of vanilla. The result is a rich, versatile liqueur that works just as well over ice as in a Spritz or as a flavour booster in desserts and cocktails.
