This exquisite whisky from Myken Distillery was created for the Danish market. It has been aged for 4 years in fresh Hungarian oak casks and then finished in ex-bourbon casks. The water used to create this whisky is desalinated seawater, which gives it a very special character. It tastes a bit like salted caramel and has a nice note of chili towards the end.
