    Created using the champagne method, it is overall a very aromatic cremant, nicely balanced and ideal for an aperitif. Lots of flavor and value for money. Crisp hints of apples and a citrusy aroma. Fresh and dry on the tongue with lots of green apples, lime and a fine, mineral character.
