København Navy Strength Gin is a Danish London Dry Gin from Nordic Gin House, bottled at 57.1%.
The gin is built on classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, thyme and liquorice root.
The high strength gives the gin a big, bold and admirably dry character with expressively layered, characterful notes of vibrant citrus oils and peppery pungency.
Mixed with dry tonic, the juniper becomes more prominent and drier with wood spices and pine notes, while the liquorice's beautifully balanced sweetness opens up in the glass.
