København Pink Gin is a Danish gin from Nordic Gin House, bottled at 37.5%.

The nose is dominated by massive grapefruit zest, softened by fruit jellies and a touch of lime.

Although the gin isn't sweet, the distiller manages to extract indecent amounts of fresh, zesty grapefruit and pomelo peel, giving it a very punchy citrus character.

The gin is designed to be mixed with tonic, ice and a pink grapefruit wedge garnish, turning it into summer in a glass.
