Sloe Fizz drink from Elephant Gin. A tart, sweet and creamy sour with Elephant sloe gin and cranberry juice. Creating a bittersweet symphony of sloe berries, juniper and cranberries balanced by creamy egg whites. We like to top the drink with 1 part regular Elephant Gin for flavor.

Sloeberry Fizz Cocktail with Sloengin from Elephant Gin

Ingredients

3 parts Elephant Sloe Gin
2 parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 part cranberry juice
2 parts sparkling water
1 egg white
1 part Elephant Gin

Procedure

Sloengin, lemon juice, cranberry juice and egg white are shaken without ice to break down the proteins in the egg white.
Then shake again with ice to chill the drink.
Top up with sparkling water and finish with Elephant Gin.
Served without ice or garnish, but with white foam on the delicate pink cocktail.
