Elephant Sloe Gin is perfect in a Sloe Gin Bramble cocktail. Elephant Sloe Gin is a new variant in the Elephant family. The sloe berries have been macerated in the original spicy and characteristic African Elephant Gin. The result is an incredibly warm and juicy gin that smells spicy of cinnamon, star anise, prunes and orange, while it has a pleasantly balanced almond/marzipan note from the sloe berries. Try it in a Sloe Gin Fizz: 6 cl. sloe gin (see the many varieties here)3 cl. lemon juice (freshly squeezed, of course) 1.5 cl. sugar syrup Top with sparkling water. Sloe gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup are shaken (using a cocktail kit) with ice and strained into a collins glass - preferably chilled beforehand. Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water and the drink is ready.
