GlenAllachie Billy Walker 50th Anniversary Future Edition 4 year old is a Single Speyside Malt Scotch Whisky distilled from the distillery's first ever peated distillation, bottled in August 2022 at 60.2% ABV.

The series was created to mark Billy Walker's 50 years in the whisky industry, with each release in the range looking in its own direction – some back at history, others forward. Future Edition belongs to the latter category: it points toward a new branch of GlenAllachie's production, which later led to the peated Meikle Tòir series.

Putting a peated spirit from GlenAllachie into the world is no small thing – the distillery is far better known for its sherry-matured, unpeated single malts. This release is therefore a small piece of distillery history in its own right, young and direct in its expression.
